Read this before you rely on it

  • No company names. RASFF Window does not publish the business behind a notification, and the EU free text that sometimes slips a brand in is never shown here. Every sentence is put together from our own word lists.
  • Counts, not tonnes. Nothing is adjusted for how much each country ships, so a big exporter collects more notifications.
  • Our word list is not perfect. It matched 96% of notifications; the rest count as other finding. Open the official record before acting on any one notification.
  • As published. The Commission corrects and withdraws notifications now and then, and our copy is read once a day.
