946 notifications since 1 January 2020 named missing or incorrect health certificates and documents, 3% of all EU notifications in that time. 178 in the 365 days to 8 November 2026, against 178 in the 365 days before, no change. 72% were border rejections and 4% had a serious risk decision.
The origins named most often were Sudan (179), India (134) and China (106). The product categories named most often were nuts, nut products and seeds (298), other and mixed food products (71) and fish and fish products (69). The products named most often were sesame seeds (261), food supplements (30) and sauces (19).
