Superhuman's vice president of product, Luke Behnke, told LeadDev in July 2026 that in the technical round candidates code a fictitious problem with AI while interviewers watch their chain of prompts. Candidates then assess the strengths and weaknesses of the code, whether they or the AI wrote it.
