Turnover Proof is a light phone tool for independent cleaners and small hosts. For every guest changeover, tick a checklist room by room, photograph each room as found and as left, note any damage, record what you restocked, and send the host a clear report before the next guests arrive.
How it works

Pick the property and start the clean. Turnovers in progress stay at the top with their progress. In the example, today's turnover has 9 of 35 tasks done.
Tap Start now when you arrive and finish when you leave, and the app shows your time on site. In the example, the clean took 2 h 45 min with 34 of 35 tasks done.
Photograph the room as found, tick each task as you go, then photograph it as left from the same spot. Tick all finishes a room in one tap.
Write what you found, pick the room and add a photo. Damage notes come first in the report so the host sees them straight away.
The report shows who cleaned, when, the tasks done, damage and anything running low, stamped Ready for guests. Send the PDF or the short text summary by message.
The report lists what was restocked and what is running low. Then each room's as found and as left photos sit side by side, with any tasks not done.

What it does
Add a property once and pick its layout. The app makes a checklist for the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, outside and the final walk round. Change the tasks to match what each host asks for.
Photograph each room when you arrive and again when you leave, from the same spot. The report pairs them side by side, so the host sees the work and the state the guests left.
Found a cracked mug or a stain on the sofa? Write a note, pick the room and add a photo. Damage is listed first in the report, so nothing gets missed.
Each property has a restock list with the stock level to keep. Write what you added and mark anything running low, so the host can buy it in time.
Tap Start now when you arrive. Finishing the turnover records the time, and the report shows how long the clean took.
