MoveProof walks you through a home room by room on the day you move in and again on the day you move out. Mark each item Good, Fair or Poor, write what you see, and add photos. The app turns it into a dated condition report you can share as a PDF, and shows exactly what changed between move in and move out.
How it works

Add the home you rent or let out and the app sets up its rooms and the things to check. Each home shows its move in and move out dates. In the example, Flat 4B has 5 rooms and 36 items.
Each inspection has a date and shows how many items are checked in every room. In the example, all 36 items are checked at move out, with 2 fair and 1 poor.
Mark each item Good, Fair or Poor, write what you see and add photos. Every photo keeps the date and time it was added. A room in good order takes one tap.
Compare puts the move in and move out inspections side by side and lists what got worse or better, with both photos. In the example, 2 items are worse and 1 is better.
The report lists every room and item with its condition, your notes and each photo with the time it was added. Share it as a PDF, with lines for both parties to sign.
The comparison report shows both dates, the counts of changes and each changed item with its move in and move out photos. It records condition; it does not decide who pays.

What it does
Pick a studio, a one or two bedroom flat or a three bedroom house and the app sets up the rooms and the things to check in each one, from the front door locks to the extractor fan. Rename, add or remove rooms and items to match the place.
Go room by room. Give each item a condition, write a short note and photograph anything marked, worn or broken. A room in good order takes one tap with Mark the rest Good.
Every photo keeps the date and time it was added, and the report prints them next to each item. Record meter readings and the keys you were given in the same report.
The compare screen lists what is worse, what is better and what is the same, with the move in and move out photos side by side. Share the comparison as its own PDF.
The condition report has a line for the tenant and the landlord or agent to sign and date. Choose US Letter or A4 paper.
