Service schedules by days or hours, meter readings, due lists and reminders.
Early access. The app works in your browser today; the Android app follows when enough people ask for it.

Equipment PM keeps the machines of a small business serviced on time. Add each machine, the jobs it needs every so many days or hours, and log what was done. The app shows what is overdue, what is due soon and when the rest falls due. No account, and it works offline.
How it works
Real screens from the app, filled with example data.

Overdue tasks come first, then the ones due soon, then the rest, each with the machine and the days left. In the example, 2 tasks are overdue and 3 are due soon.

Each machine shows where it is, its tasks, its meter and its average use, with a mark for anything overdue. In the example, the generator reads 1,432 h and runs about 2 h a day.

Type the hour meter and the app updates when each hour based task should fall due. In the example, the oil change has 100 h left, about Tue 8 Dec, or is due by date on Thu 5 Aug 2027.

Set how often a job is needed and the app uses whichever comes first. Logged services reset the clock. In the example, the oil change is every 365 days or 250 h.

Log the date, meter reading, cost and what you found, and see when it is next due before you save. In the example, the next load test is due on Wed 18 Nov.

Every service and repair is kept by date, with the cost for this year by machine. In the example, 7 jobs in 2026 came to $277.00, most of it on the tractor.

This is the real app running in your browser, with nothing to install. Tap around, type your own numbers and see what you get. What you enter stays in this browser.
Reminders work only in the phone app.
What it does
Set a task every 30 days, every 250 hours, or both with whichever comes first. Hour meters, kilometres and miles all work, and machines without a meter are serviced by date.
Log the hour meter now and then. The app works out your average use per day and shows about when each hour based task will fall due.
Overdue tasks come first, then the ones due soon, then the rest, each with the days or hours left and the machine it belongs to.
Mark a task done with the date, meter reading, cost and a note, and the next due date resets. Log repairs and breakdowns that were not planned too.
See every job by date and what you spent this year on each machine.
Choose how many days before each task you want a reminder. Reminders are local notifications on your phone.
For workshops, gyms, restaurants, farms and shops with a handful of machines, without the setup of a full maintenance system.
Made around one job, not a big business suite.
Use it on site, in the shop or on the road.
Everything stays on your device. No account.
