COD Ledger is a simple record book for online sellers who ship cash on delivery orders through couriers. Add your orders, mark them delivered or returned, record the payments couriers send you, and always know how much each courier still owes you after its charges.
How it works

The ledger adds up the cash collected on delivered orders, then takes off courier charges and the payments you received. In the example, couriers owe Rs 7,381 and Rs 11,000 is still in transit.

The home screen flags payments that came in below the orders they listed, returns that have not reached you and parcels stuck as booked. In the example, one payment was Rs 145 short.

Every order shows its courier, cash amount, status and whether the courier has paid for it. Booked orders have quick buttons for delivered and returned, so the daily update takes a minute.

Each courier shows the cash collected, its delivery and return charges, the payments received and the balance. In the example, Blue Line Courier owes Rs 2,121, including Rs 145 short on a listed payment.

Paste order numbers or rows from the courier payment sheet. The app adds up what those orders should come to and shows any gap. In the example, a payment of 1950 rupees is Rs 26 short of Rs 1,976.

Copy rows from a spreadsheet, a store export or a courier portal. The app finds the columns, shows what it will add and update, and changes nothing until you tap Import. In the example, 3 orders are new and 1 is updated.

What it does
The ledger adds up the cash collected on delivered orders, takes off delivery charges, COD fees and return charges, and takes off every payment you received. One number per courier, and one total on the home screen.
Paste the order numbers from a courier payment sheet into the payment. The app adds up what those orders should come to and shows straight away if the courier paid less. A payment with no list settles your oldest delivered orders first.
Every courier shows the delivered orders it has not paid for yet, oldest first, with how many days ago each was delivered. Share the pending list on WhatsApp with one tap.
Returned parcels carry the return charge you agreed, so you see what returns cost you this month and your return rate per courier. Tick Return received when the parcel is back in your hands, so missing returns stand out.
Copy rows from a spreadsheet, your store order export or a courier portal and paste them. The app finds the order number, amount, courier, status and date columns, shows a preview, and updates the status of orders it already knows.
Set each courier's delivery charge, COD fee, return charge and any tax on its fees. Where a courier statement shows a different charge for an order, type the actual figure on that order.
Every screen works in English and Urdu.
