Appliance Vault keeps every appliance in your home on one list: a photo of its label with the model and serial number, the purchase date and warranty, the filters and services it needs and everything that was done to it. When a filter or a service is due, the app tells you.
How it works

The first screen shows overdue care tasks and what is due soon across all your appliances. In the example, 2 tasks are overdue and 3 are due in the next 30 days.
Each appliance shows where it is, its brand and model, and its next task. Search by name, room, model or serial number.
Photograph the rating plate once and the model and serial number are always on your phone. In the example, the refrigerator's warranty ended on 14 May 2023.
Each care task repeats on the interval you set. Tap Done to log it and the next date moves forward. In the example, the water filter is due in 11 days.
Every filter, clean and repair is kept with its date, cost and who did it. In the example, 9 records add up to $294.48.

What it does
Photograph the rating plate once. The next time you order a filter or call for a repair, the brand, model and serial number are on your phone instead of behind the fridge.
Add a task such as a water filter, an air filter, a coil clean or a yearly service, and how often it repeats. The next date is the last time it was done plus that interval.
The first screen shows what is overdue and what is due in the coming weeks. Tap Done to log it and the next date moves on by itself.
Log every filter change, clean and repair with the date, the cost, who did it and notes. See the total you spent each year, for all appliances or just one.
Add the warranty length and the app shows whether each appliance is still covered.
Turn on reminders and choose how many days early they come. They are local notifications on your phone.
