AC Service Book is a simple job card app for AC technicians and small AC service firms. Keep every customer and every AC unit in one place, write a job card on site with the work done, parts, photos and the customer's name, share it as a PDF in English or Urdu, and see whose AC is due for the next service.
How it works

The first screen shows this month's job cards and money, then every customer whose units are due or overdue. In the example, Al Noor Bakery is 5 days overdue.

Keep the phone, area and notes for each customer, and each unit with its type, tonnage and room. Call or send a WhatsApp reminder with one tap.

Tick the units you serviced and the work done, such as filters, coils and the drain line. Then set the date of the visit.

List each part with its quantity and price and add your labour charge. In the example, gas, a capacitor and labour come to AED 285.00.

What it does
Save each customer with their phone and area, and each AC unit with the building or villa, the room, the type (split, window, cassette, ducted and more), the tonnage and the brand.
Tick the units you serviced and the work done: filters, coils, blower, drain line, gas check or refill, wiring, remote. Add parts with quantity and price, your labour charge, before and after photos and the name of the person who checked the work.
Each job card suggests the next service date from the unit's interval, which you set. Change it if you agreed another date with the customer.
The Due screen lists customers whose units are overdue or coming due, with one tap to call or send a WhatsApp reminder.
Share a clean job card PDF with your business name, the units, work, parts, total, paid or unpaid, photos and the sign off. Choose English or Urdu for each card.
